5/12/08:  The Sejong Society of Washington is hosting a panel discussion on "Hallyu:  The Korean Cultural Wave in a Global Context" this Thursday, May 15, from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Johns Hopkins University, Kenney Auditorium, 1740 Massachusetts Ave, NW, Washington, DC.  The panel discussion will incude Park Jung Sook (Dae Jang Geum), Donald Oberdorfer (Chairman of the U.S.-Korea Institute at Johns Hopkins University) and Christine Kim (Assistant Professor at Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service).  The panel discussion is free and open to the public.  For more info or to RSVP, call (202) 663-5830 or send an email to:  nbaillis@jhu.edu.
