| Tonight is our final dinner in Korea so we are celebrating by eating samgyetang, which is ginseng chicken soup. In many dramas, you see people eating this dish. The chicken meat usually drops off the bone when you touch it. The chicken is stuffed with mochi rice and a piece of Korean ginseng. |
| This would be the last time in awhile that many of us would be sitting on a floor to eat a meal. |
